An (at this point) disorganised list of podcasts and websites and channels for some of the voices that are opposing the toxic shift towards various forms of global insanity.
Caveat emptor: use these with caution, it can be easy to drift into anger at the apparently malicious stupidity in the world. In terms of wellbeing our aim is to recognise that there are narratives of hope as well as the narratives of dysfunction. Secondly where we find ourselves in agreement it can help us to feel, and be , less isolated – which in itself seems to be a positive contribution to wellbeing.
