An Ai chosen selection of wellbeing resources online
Human note! The inspiration for this post came from a podcast on the ‘People I mostly Admire’ show with Daron Acemoglu, who made an interesting distinction between artificial intelligence and ‘usefulness intelligence’, which is to say utilising the technology to help humans as opposed to replacing them.

Human note – the links will probably be out of date by the time anyone reads the post but the names will be searchable on the various app stores. The resources all seem geared for people who are comfortable using the so called smart phones. I would imagine that with the rapid rate of AI ‘cosmetic’ presentation that appearance of these tools will become more humans and less text based.
